I am really enjoying the 30 day photography challenge! I am loving learning new techniques and pushing my photography skills. I have used my iphone to take a lot of the photos but have also used my DSLR for some of the more trickier subjects.
Yesterdays image was bokeh, i didn't even know what it was until i read Chantelle from Fat Mum Slim's great post on the subject and did some research of my own.
I had so much fun capturing those lovely spots of light i thought i would share some of my favorite images with you..

I really need to get my good camera out and stop relying on my iPhone filters! These are great shots, such pretty colourful spots

ReplyDeleteYou know, I had NO idea what Bokeh was and I'm still a little perplexed, as I thought those spots on my photos were the sign of a poor photo, hehe! How foolish was I!?
ReplyDeleteYour shots are very pretty though Jody, they remind me of a scene from one of those cop shows, like Underbelly, when they blur the image of life on the street at night for effect. Who knew that was Bokeh!? ;o) xo
Love the colours and the challenge is great for opening our eyes for new techniques. It's amazing when I look back at some of the pictures I've taken... bokeh was there without me even realising it! gxo
