I can't contain my excitement tonight, I am so in love with my new food processor!!
I know it sounds crazy, but I have never had one before and have been lusting over this baby for what seems like forever!
The very first thing I made was Ruth's green curry paste, I whipped up a nice big batch in no time at all, my favourite green curry paste, so simple, so delicious and now I have plenty to store in the freezer for when I need a quick dinner in the future! Thanks Ruth!
Now I think I better sit down and read the huge manual that came with it, so I can work out what else I can do with it, and what I can make next!!
Do you have any suggestions? Do you use your food processor or is it one of those appliances that just sit in your cupboard?

Ooh, it's lovely. I completely get your excitement. I use my food processor all the time, not just for pestos and dips and mayo, but always always for pastry, and even lots of cake batters. And slicing onions when I have to slice lots. And for fresh breadcrumbs. And...and...

Hi Jody or should I say you little whizzer! I have the same, it's the best. I make dips, chop all my ingreds for meatballs, and the juicer is fabulous. Make pasta and so much more. Have fun hon! Robertax

ReplyDeleteOoo I love a new gadget Jody... I have been purchasing a few of them lately. The kitchen ones would have to be a favourite though, it's so nice to have something that helps you to cook more adventurous and exotic meals.

ReplyDeleteso very jealous. I have a cheapo breville but it does the job and it gets used regularly, I do love a good cheesecake. you know jamie loves his FP so I usually have it out when cooking one of his dishes! x
