What I know about death is: it's shit. Anyway you look at it. Whether you know its coming or not. Whether the person is young or old. It's shit. And it's heartbreaking. Often I feel more so for the people left behind than those who have past. My heart aches and I wish there is more I could do to ease the pain. But only time can heal.
I feel I have had the misfortune of experiencing death more times than I care to count. I think it is unfair, that in my twenty nine years, I have already lost so many people, some close, some not so. But it never gets any easier. I mean some deaths are easier to deal with than others, but it is never easy.
Mr S's Dad, Pa, died suddenly on Sunday. I think we are all still in shock.
Life is just really shit sometimes.
